Location
The vacation rental house is located on a saltwater canal, i.e. has Gulf access and you reach the river in about 10 minutes only. The pool and spa face south and you have a very nice view above the entire length of the canal. Both pool and spa are electrical AND solar heatable.
You should be aware that you can see on the pictures that there is an area on the lanai in front of one of the bedrooms (on the left hand side when you look at the pictures "from the back", where the bbq is) that is wind-protected and a kind of private area. This is good to have in case of some cooler days, when you can still enjoy the time outside there.

Huge lanai and pool area of 1427 sq ft. - plenty of space in the sun and in the shadow. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very large with big bathrooms, i.e. this is ideal for 2 couples plus kids. Located in the prefered SE part of Cape Coral, in the Four Miles Cove Area at a canal with an overview of a big part of the canal.
There are bicycles in the garage that can be used on your own risk!
